Our Founders
PACE was born out of a shared vision to transform how businesses approach outbound sales.
Founders Yohan White and Sander Patrick, childhood friends who reconnected in Jakarta, saw the opportunity to bring a smarter, more data-driven approach to lead generation. Drawing from their international education Yohan in Australia, specializing in international business and sales, and Sander in the United States, focused on marketing and outreach they combined their unique strengths to bridge a gap in the B2B market. They recognized that many businesses were stuck relying on outdated methods that lacked both precision and personalization. PACE was created to change that with AI-powered systems, tailored messaging, and scalable outbound strategies designed to deliver real conversations, not just leads.
